In January 2023, our family made the decision to purchase the Agoge Training program offered by ***************************************, *********************************, *****************************, ***************************** and others. We made this decision as a family because we wanted to prioritize my husbands health in 2023. Once we signed-up for the program and paid the $5,000 it took a few weeks of us getting in touch with them to be set up in the program, be given a coach, etc. Once my husband was set up their brilliant training advice was to go to the gym for the first time in years to max out weight and establish baselines for improvement. In doing so my husband ended up injuring himself to the point where he couldnt even pick-up our toddler for a few weeks. Once he recovered, he quickly realized this program was not going to motivate him like he thought it would, and was provided next to no motivation or counseling to continue using the program. He reached out to his assigned coach about getting a refund for unused time and was ignored. This is when I stepped in and started emailing and calling anyone I could to ask for help. I begged and pleaded with them to please help my husband, to reach out to him, to motivate him to get healthy. ***************************** responded to my first few emails by repeatedly saying he would reach out to us but never did. Weeks would go by and still no response. At this point their only business email address is going undeliverable and Im not even sure theyre still in business or offering coaching to their clients. Our year long program is still active and we are being provided zero value. ** also not convinced my husband wasnt scammed out of paying more than DOUBLE the now listed price. Simple terms - my issue with this business is that they have ignored our multiple requests for someone to contact us and we are at our whits end. They need to be held accountable.
