            Overpriced. No refund or exchanges on almost every item. Managers rude and unwilling to work with those who know nothing of shoes that purchased without knowledge of what qualifies as unexchangeable. You don't lean what qualifies until after you've spent tons of money and try to refund or exchange.

            Hi *****, we are sorry you had a bad experience shopping with us. We can assure you all of our products are set at retail price. All release products are final sale, as it has been for many years. We try to have our return policy displayed and visible in as many places as possible (by the register, and on both our website and receipts). I understand why this might be frustrating, however our managers answered all of your questions according to our policy, even when you were yelling at them. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to give us a review! As a small-family-owned business we strive to provide the best service and we hope to see you again soon!
