I have been going to this piercing/ tattoo business for two of my piercings and one of my tattoos since I was 16 years old and am disappointed to be leaving a bad review. I didn't have any issues with this business until after I received my tattoo services in December when I also received inappropriate sexual comments made to me as a 19-year-old at the time and my artist was at least in his 30s. I was told incredibly uncomfortable things about my appearance and presence that I simply couldn't bring myself to accept until I tried to cancel my second appointment. I made my second appointment without taking into regard the discomfort I experienced and the unprofessionalism exhibited by my artist, but purely based on the quality of work done. My first appointment was postponed three times, and each time on the day when I had already arrived at the business to receive my service. For my troubles, I was promised a $50 gift card which I never received. I was also disrespectfully contacted a month prior to when I had made my appointment where this artist referred to himself as the *** slur" in text messages and overall used very inappropriate language to me, a prospective client, who had paid my deposit already. When I asked for my deposit a week before my 2nd appointment I was then told it was nonrefundable even though it was never disclosed or put anywhere on the website. My artist continued to harass me and call me stupid for not realizing deposits like "these aren't refundable" but he'd do me a favor. It's been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a refund. This artist is ***************************. This establishment isn't safe for young women wishing to put art on their bodies to express themselves.
