On March 21st 2024 I had a walk-in appointment at the *** clinic urgent Care in Grand Rapids *****************************. While waiting for the doctor to come in and talk about my symptoms I was having a coughing attack and that for that specific reason that's the reason why I was there immediately when the doctor ******* came in the room he asked me to take off my mask I took off my mask and he unappropriately said what a nice mouth you have that struck me very odd and had me feeling uncomfortable the door was shut and we were the only ones in the room he started talking to me very **** and condescending me and talking down to me and kept on interrupting me he was pretty much being a very mean rude jerk he didn't want to hear anything that I had to say and he is going to tell me what he was going to prescribe me and what I was going to take and what he didn't want me to take and he was not going to prescribe me this is the first time I've ever met this doctor in my life and he is not a primary care physician he's probably a nurse practitioner working at a urgent Care they refer to him as ***************** when I went to get up from the table chair that they have for you to sit on I told him out loud that I was leaving because he was not going to treat me and I felt very uncomfortable he continued to laugh at me and while I was getting up and turned around to grab my coat off the chair he had grabbed me from behind on top of my clothes but in a gesture that was not appropriate it felt like sexual harassment to me or sexual assault again the door was closed and we were the only two in the room I asked him what he was doing and I grabbed my coat very swiftly and stormed out the door in cheers I asked the nurse at the front desk how can she work for a man like that and she laughed at me and said have a good day I called corporate offices of *** urgent Care and left a message in a detailed message but never received any call back maybe you can help meCustomer response

I think its much appropriate for a type of settlement . This situation that i experienced has caused my aniexyy and psnic aytacks at full force and the medication thst this doctor refused to refill for me which ive been on since 2014 i had to pay for a teleheath visits online with a doctor out of state . Initail payment was made on the amount of $295.00 . That was just to see the doctor . Then my prescription was not covered under my ***************** for the fact thT the doctor was out of state so ********* charged me $411.00 for these refils . I had to take a uber there and back home twice which cost me totaling $175.00. I have to see a therapist due to this sexual assault or attempt to which of course my great ****************** wont cover so that bill is going to cost me $2,400. I have absolutely no faith or trust into the medical field and have panic attacks about being in closed spaces with a doctor. I feel it would be only tight and fair that i be at least reimbursed for all the out of my pocket that was all caused bc of the fovtor and how he kj
