Worst company I have ever dealt with. I did not get the windows that I told the salesman I wanted. I made the mistake of asking for a signed contract when he wanted me to just mail in the down payment. In March 2021, I was told and it was stated on the contract, expected time to install was 3-4 months. No communication from salesman as that time passed, nor after the next given estimate date passed. I got upset and a little rude, and tried to cancel early July, he got even ruder. Installation by sub contractors on Sept 13 with defective patio door and missing parts. When the salesman came to inspect he kept threatening to leave because I was not satisfied with the scratched dirty frames and windows, and the poor workmanship on the patio door installation. He did walk out without letting me know how the issues would be addressed. I tried to contact the owners by phone messages and emails, but got no response until Oct 21 from the salesman, stating parts were not due until after the 1st of Nov. On Nov 30 a different crew took a half day to repair the poor workmanship. I paid a lot of money to be left feeling that I was better off with the 30+ years old windows and patio door than dealing with this horrible company.

It is very disappointing to see this negative review. The customer statement that she had to ask for a contract is not true. During the initial phase of the negotiation, quotes were forwarded outlining costs. Upon being told she would like to proceed with the project a formal proposal was prepared and sent to the customer with details of how to review and discussed payment of a deposit. An appointment was set up and the salesman went over all details of the contract in person, obtained signature and down payment. All of our projects clearly state what is being presented, the cost and all of the terms and conditions that apply. Everything was fine with this customer until early July when she asked to cancel her project. Despite being 3 months into the process and knowing that product was in production, she became upset that she couldn't simply cancel. She accused the company of trying to take advantage of her situation and she became quite rude. She was given option to pay for and take delivery of materials that had been manufactured. Instead, she claimed she sent the disparaging email by mistake and to just go forward with the project. The project was delayed from the original estimated delivery due to supply chain issues. At each step, the customer was informed of the delays. Again, the customer became rude and voiced how dissatisfied she was and how she was being taken advantage of. Installation took place in September and there were some issues that needed to be addressed. There was a minor flaw on a component of the sliding patio door and a scratch in the glass of the same part. I explained that part was ordered and would be replaced. I also looked at some installation concerns that she identified. I recorded each concern and assured her they would be addressed. The customer then began to go to each new window and using a bright light, began to look for the smallest marks claiming they were all defects. It was explained that the marks she was noticing were very normal on a vinyl product and were not defects. The customers claim that she did not get the product she wanted is not true. Here contract clearly stated what she was ordering and she reviewed and signed the contract stating that was what she wanted. The customer received all goods and services that were described in her contract and all actionable service items were addressed and the final invoice was issued and paid in full without protest or complaint. In the end, while the project timetable didn't go according to estimated timeline at time of sale, the terms of the contract were fulfilled.

Buyer beware, your money is better spent elsewhere. I was stuck in a contract that I trusted the windows he ordered would swing in to clean, and lock open for ventilation as I had requested. The salesman did not listen. I can't even reach the kitchen window to open it at all. I have emails that show I was the one to request a signed contract, and the one who contacted him after due dates passed, and that I was not rude until the second given due date passed without contact, and I apologized, which is more than the salesman ever did. At the final inspection I felt intimidated as he kept threatening to walk out. The bright light was my phone flashlight used in a not very well lit room, and if all the scratches on these window frames is normal, and a half day to fix a patio door frame installation is normal, buyer beware.
