We hired Granite Pro to replace our countertops in October 2022. We paid $9,624.99 for tear out and installation as well as the granite slabs. We were working with a gentleman by the name of *****, who abruptly quit in the middle of our project, and thats where things went downhill majorly. Communication with them was absolutely horrible. They did, indeed, come and demolish our kitchen, and installed the countertops, but after installation, we noticed almost right away that there were holes in the granite countertops. They took some sort of filler that looked absolutely horrible and filled it in, and never told us about it. Not only that, but there were multiple holes all along the edges of the granite countertops. They also never accounted for our windowsill in the kitchen, which is directly behind our kitchen faucet, and our kitchen faucet did not fit where they drilled the hole. We had to actually drill out a section of our windowsill to get our faucet to be able to fit and function. We were also told by ***** when we purchased the granite that whatever was left over from the granite slabs they would give to us and that never happened, which means they stole our leftover property Im assuming for profit. My husband called multiple times and emailed several times, and everything was ignored, the owner 100% refused to communicate with us about any resolution. I am disgusted that the owner ignored us and did not try to resolve this in any way, shape, or form.Initial Complaint

We paid in full for job and it wasnt complete with seams that werent filled, improper hole for faucet. Cut into sink and was told a warranty would be given but that was never received.
