I have been a customer of ************************ for the past 10 years. Unfortunately, I have been unable to access my postal mail from this mail receiver since 03/10/2024 due to a Specified API issue on their Billing Details page. Their phone numbers posted are no longer valid. ************ and ************. I have submitted 7 service tickets as directed online without any response in the past month. I have overnighted an urgent letter to their office. I have emailed the listed owner, ***********************. All without response. They continue to accept mail, checks and packages for our company that I have no access to. A company credit card has now been used fraudulently. **** will not allow me to forward our address from a certified mail receiver as it is a business and I have no way to stop this. This is affecting my business and I need to be contacted to resolve the access immediately.

I have been with this company for 7 years, had minor problems in the past but now there is no response to any of several tickets posted through their web site over a two months time frame and no response to email sent. They have my mail but my account is locked because their web site is broke and will not accept any new credit card information. I finally called the local police and an officer went by their business, they then unlocked my account for 2 days but still haven't fixed the credit card portal of the web site. They then re-locked my account before I could get the last of my mail out from their site. I owe them around $40 and would gladly enter a credit card on their web site, if it would accept one (My old card expired). I have tried to enter a new card multiple times for over two months, I have tried 3 different cards, that are all active, and their site just says there is an API problem.I have redirected my mail, they currently have two pieces of mail that I would like access to and then I would cancel my account. I have no problem paying them for the services, I just need them to contact me a provide a way to pay them.

Mailbox Forwarding is refusing to render services to a customer of more than a decade; specifically when mail containing monetary value is involved. Mailbox Forwarding's home page states delivery via *********** or **** It's not logical for me to request mail via ***** as I am a customer of ********************'s private mail service (notarized **** Form 1583).Also, I was billed two days early. I was billed on August 6, 2023, a Sunday which has been a non-working day for Mailbox Forwarding. My billing date, as of the start of my contract with Mailbox Forwarding, has been the 8th of each month for many years but eventually and inexplicably varied. I sent a message that afternoon, but after I checked my billing history and discovered that I was also charged on a Sunday in July, I cancelled that message and marked it resolved, considering that Mailbox Forwarding may be short of staff. Nevertheless, August 8th fell on a Tuesday and no federal or state holiday occurred in Michigan between the 6th and the 8th, so I shouldn't have been billed until Tuesday, August 8th.Details are attached.

I have been overcharged on my credit card numerous times in the past several years. I just only noticed this recently. I have tried multiple times to discuss with the company but have received no response. I was charged $357.05 one month, overcharged by hundreds of dollars in varying months and double billed in others. My monthly account charges should be $23.05. I want to cancel my account before my credit card is charged further but want to receive a refund of all the charges that were not valid. As a retired military member, these additional charges have created a difficult situation for me.

I can not access my account. The system says my credit card need to be updated. I have tried to put in the information and tried other credit cards. But it gives me the same error. Now I can't see my mail or have my mail forwarded. I have submitted support ticket with high priority and it says 1-2 business days for a response. However its been a week and there is no response. This happened to me before and the company said it was an error in their processing system. However they at least responded. Now there is no response.

The mailbox forwarding has not been able to forward any emails for last 6 months. They are continuously charging me for extra mails while they cannot send any mails. This is total fraud. I do not know how to get these mails out of their inbox. I need the following resolution:1. Forward my mails to my ********* address 2. Reimburse account charges since January for being unable to meet their service contract.

Seems like this will be a waste of time since ll of the other complaints have gone unanswered. But they scammed me too. They told me they were no longer providing service at my location so I canceled. They continued to charge me and refuse to give me a refund. After I have it in writing that I will no longer be charged.

I have been a customer of ********************** service for around ten years. In January I was charged twice for their service. I contacted the company through their support service and opened a ticket to be reimbursed for the extra charge. Since then, I have tried to contact them several times but almost three months later I still have not gotten any replies from the company. I also tried calling their number, but it sends me to a medical company that is trying to sell me their service through a recording. I am very frustrated with their poor customer service. All I want is to be reimbursed for the $69.76 that I was charged twice.I would appreciate your help with this issue.
