Today, Monday, January 30th, my family and I went for dinner to Sakura Japanese Steakhouse. We had 7pm reservations. Two of my kids ordered the chicken hibachi. My oldest, ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi. My husband and I ordered the Fuji for two. I let the server know my noodles tasted sour, as if they had gone bad. The manager was quick to dismiss my complaint as my family ate some of their meal. She offered $5-$10 off but couldnt do more as no one else had complained. I asked her to take my meal off as I did not eat but a couple of bites before I noticed the taste and I did not want to take any of it home. The manager asked me to just leave the noodles aside and take the rest of the food to which I declined. The manager proceeded to get loud, gathering other peoples attention, including the family sitting across from us. I had a few employees as well as the family sitting in front of us smell my food as everyone had already added Yummy sauce to their meals and they agreed that the noodles smelled sour. The family sitting across from us agreed but said they didnt say anything before as it was their first time there. Two employees, including the chef, smelled my food, made a face but declined to agree or deny. I asked them if they didnt want to say anything because their employer was there and they just smiled, shrugged their shoulders, and stayed quiet. Why take the time to smell the noddles on my plate but not say anything after? The manager even asked the chef to convince me not to say anything as we were from the same country. The chef spoke Spanish but Ive no idea what country hes from. I found this offensive. At this point, Im looking for a refund of the food. I understand having to pay for the drinks but not our meals. I left my plate but brought my familys leftovers in case they get sick. They are in the freezer and we will not be eating them.Initial Complaint

11/11/22 I went to the restursnt all was well and on 11/13/22 my card was double charged ive talked to the restursnt multiple times and they will not issue a refund of over ******************************************* no matter how professional i am being
