2021 - I pd $12,000+ for a landscaping project. Work began, ***, the owner went on vacation. His supervisor took several shortcuts. when *** returned, he agreed and set to making things right. Foolishly I paid in full ***** See items highlighted on the attached. The supervisor did not use the skidsteer as noted, and used straw mats on flat areas. He hauled rock, stone, dirt all over my yard resulting in ruts, grass torn up and bare spots ***** 1st time I raised concerns. No reply, texted again *****. *** sick and would look at it when he can. ***** texted again. No reply. ***** texted WOULD YOU PLEASE CALL ME. He told me he had COVID, was behind but would be out. ***** I texted No reply I realized later they had worked on some of the outstanding items. It was now fall/winter.05.24.22 I texted *** and stated my concerns again. *** responded that he would be working out my way in a couple of weeks. *****. It had now been 7 weeks. I texted again. ***** owners wife called to let me know *** would be out the following week. ***** I called the office and left a message. No one has been out or contacted me. ***** *** texted he was working close by and to let him know what would be a good time to reseed etc. Told him Monday or Thursday next week. He texted he would head over today. Didnt feel I had a choice and rescheduled my plans. Most items resolved and seed was spread throughout the yard, but not covered. *** said hed back in a couple of weeks to redo the edging.The combination of wind and the rain received the day and the next few days after seed was applied resulted in grass in some areas but not all sloped and level areas. *** would be able to see that when he came out to fix the edging but 2.5 months later and I have not seen or heard from ***.Initial Complaint

Contracted with Creative Solutions to install a retaining wall behind our house. The ends the wall were not completed. There is run-off of stone and dirt. I have left multiple voice messages. On one occasion, October 6th, spoke with Mr. ******'s wife/secretary and was told that he would call back that night. I have not had a return call, nor has Mr. ****** been out to complete the job.
