On July 27th (two days after the end of an auction) I reached out to ******************* regarding if my motorcycle had sold or not. It didn't sell. We had a verbal contract that he would return the bike to me if it didn't sell. I asked him when he would be able to drop it back off to me and replied that he was really busy NEVER giving me a date or time when he could drop it off. On August 2nd 2022 I told him I would need my motorcycle with keys and title back by August 10th ************************************ the process of moving and him not returning my bike has been extremely inconvenient. Once again, he said he was really busy and didn't give me a time when he could drop it off. He became very defensive, irate, and extremely unprofessional when I mentioned our agreement and I told him I would call the police because I felt and still feel like he is trying to ******* me out of a $4,200 bike. He mentioned that if I had been "honest" about the damage that was on the bike that he wouldn't have picked it ** in the first place and then threatened to block me. There was ZERO damage on the bike, it was in pristine condition aside from a missing foot peg in the back for the rear passenger. I STILL haven't gotten an answer as to when I will get my bike back. I did end up contacting the police and am following back up with them. I told **** the situation and how I came to have the title to the bike and he KNEW I didn't know how to ride a motorcycle. He promised me he would give it back to me and now I'm pretty sure he is stealing it from me because he has title in hand and keys to my bike. I am being swindled. If I do get the bike back with damage I will be filing a civil suit and will be regardless if I don't get the bike back by next Wednesday in the same condition that it left my house in.
