            I contacted this company 4 months ago to help me fix my irrigation system after it was severely damaged by construction. I told them upfront that lines had been severed and the system would need significant overhaul. Over the course of those several months, they sent multiple people to my house. Each would come, look, and say they werent the right crew to help. It took 3 tries to get a crew out to fix a water main break that floods under my deck. Their solution for the water main was to shut off my system. Since then, Ive waited a month for a manager to look at my property so we can move forward with the rest of the fix. (I currently have no working sprinklers in my backyard.) Ive called 5 times over the last two weeks, and each day the receptionist said an estimate and resolution was due back to me that day. Ive never worked with a company with so many excuses and took so long to act. I ended up having to call one of their competitors to finish the job because Lakeside completely ghosted me mid-job.
