I ordered a $60 dive bag from their website on September 16th, 2021. After not receiving any sort of shipping notification for over I month, I sent them an email on October 17th, 2021, inquiring about the status of my order. I received a response telling me that they "didn't get the notification" about the order but that they would ship it out that day. Fast forward another month and I email them again on November 17th, 2021, asking if there is any sort of shipping code to track my order because I have not received it yet. I heard nothing back and sent yet another email on December 7th asking for an update. At this point I am told that they do not have a tracking number but that they will send out another bag. I am also told that if I receive the first bag in the next few days to please return one of them. A few more weeks later with no bag in sight I sent ANOTHER email on December 20th asking what address they sent the bag to because I had still not received anything. I have yet to receive any response to that email and even sent it again on January 4th with no response. At this point they have stolen $60 from me and will not respond to my emails.
