OMG!! Reading these reviews and this is exactly what happened to me!! The part that is scary is this is a scam, but they have my social security number!! I'm doing everything I can to prevent problems. Locked credit reports. But someone is trying to apply for loans. For what it's worth I'm glad to see it's not just me getting hit by these people. It's funny because they tell me it's for a medical bill from 2016 and the clinic I went to. Doing my research it does not exist! It was linked to a medical group and I contacted them and they have no records of me ever!Review from Ollie S

I just received a call from this alleged company regarding an "old" outstanding medical bill for $1,483.27 from a place I had not lived at since ****, ********************************************************** and also stated threats of repossessing my vehicle mentioning a second lien and that my wages would be garnished for 35%. When I asked him how that is even possible as it has not ever shown up on my credit report nor have I ever received any bills or notification if they had in fact sent them like he said, if it did not technically go delinquent since 2021. I check my credit report it daily so I would be well aware of anything showing up, he stated some ridiculous statement about "Double Jeopardy" which is why they didn't report it to the credit bureau and that it only went delinquent since 2021. I had them send me the "payment agreement" which looks suspicious to me as they payments are to be authorized to "Account Solutions" which does not match the name Applegate Financial Associates and the *** specialist's name is listed as ****************************. I will be calling the court directly to verify the legitimacy of this call. Be sure to double check and verify.Review from chris a

Made threats and said he would repossess my vehicle but then said a second lien would be added and then taken away, all lies of course because that's not how it works. Threatened me with court and civil lawsuits and never really explained why or what I was being sued for. Gives a name of a credit card company called ace elite **** which I never heard of nor used in my life. He never explained anything really just made threats. I was asking a lot of questions because I wanted to know what was going on and why, but he just again threatens me with court and stuff. I have the whole thing on video as I recorded it on video and you can hear me tell him that the call is being recorded and he just keeps going on with threats. may be a scam who knows?
