      On June 24, 2024, I signed up for the Challenge Program with costs totaling $289.20 for 6 weeks of Personal Training. I stressed that I wanted to work on my shoulders and hips. On Friday, June 28th I texted ************************* saying that after my training, both my hips and shoulders hurt more than ever before. After my training with *************************** on Thursday, July 11th, my shoulders were hurting so much that I couldn't do anything without putting ice and heat on them. I originally confirmed my training with ***** on Tuesday, July 16th but then cancelled because my shoulders were still hurting me. My shoulders continued to hurt and on Thursday, July 18th, I informed ***** about this problem and that I would be discontinuing my training. She called and left me a message saying she has things that can help with my shoulders. She said that she didn't know what ******* was doing with training, yet she was there for all of the five sessions that I had with ******* and could see what exercises that she was doing with me. I feel that these sessions were a total waste of my time and did not meet my goals. I would like a refund of my fees.

      I was living in ******** during the months of January - May. I went to Anytime Fitness with my ex-wife to look at getting a membership. During our consultation we decided a 6 month contract would suit us best and that we would be willing to pay upfront to avoid having to pay each month. The guy who signed us up told us that we would be eligible for a refund if we moved over 15 miles away. He denies saying that and claims he only said we could cancel even though we had already established that we would pay the entire sum upfront. I have moved back to **** and do not have an Anytime Fitness near me and have called to ask for a refund. I do not expect a full refund, but I feel a partial amount for the months remaining on the contract would be fair because I will not be able to utilize the services and because I was informed I would eligible for one under these circumstances. I have asked to speak with the owners but have not been contacted by then yet. They have only had an employee call and tell me that there is nothing they are willing to do.

      Unfortunately, we are unable to locate the membership in question as the complaint did not provide the  9-digit agreement number, both names on the account and/or the phone number associated to help us locate the account. The information provided by the member did not help in locating the account. Once that information is provided we will thoroughly review the membership and address the concerns of ************.  Should you have any further questions for *** please contact our customer care department at **************.
