I ordered something on 01/15/23 and I have yet to receive it. On 2/23/23 they responded and said my order had been cut and is in powder coating and as soon as my order ships Id receive an email with the tracking link. Thats the last correspondence *** had with them and today my email bounced back, saying their email is unable to receive mail. Id like a refund of $76.11 that I paid for this item.Review from Marlo B

I placed a custom order on April 9th, 2023 and still have not received it. I placed it in a timely manner knowing that there was a 14-21 day lead time. It has now been 34 days. I have emailed asking for the status and waited for the "24" hour response for 2 weeks. I have also tried to call the only phone number on their Facebook page and it's not an active number. I ordered several items before they changed ownership with zero issues. I have an order confirmation and order number and I know they've charged my credit card. This is completely unacceptable.Review from Debbie A.

I placed an order (order# PA-******) on November 19, 2022, received a confirmation email, my credit card charged for purchase and that was the last I've heard from them. I've yet to receive my order as of Jan. 21, 2023. I believe this company is a ****. I've called the number given several times to no avail. I've emailed the company with the email address that was given with zero response. I've messaged them to the message board they have provided with zero response. So I've exhausted all efforts to contact this company from the contact options that have been provided to me with zero response from all avenues. They stole my money! This company is a **** in all meaning of the term ****!
