I hired Best Way Animal Removal to address a bat issue in my attic. **** (The Owner) initially took my call, however two younger gentlemen showed up at my house in place of ****. They used roughly **** tubes of caulk, ridge cap ventilation and a one-way bat door. Over the course of the past 6-8 months the same issues have resurged, and the owner did not contact me back regarding my concerns. He also sent the younger crew back to close up the bat door, **** never stepped foot onto this project, he overcharged me and underdelivered. Now I've spent more money taking care of the issue that I already overpaid for. I feel that I was taken for a ride and the owner has yet to address it.Business response

Hello. Thank you for the opportunity to reply to this complaint. We have over 20 years with an A+ rating with the BBB and of course we want to keep that!After seeing a complaint on our ****** My Business page, I attempted to call and text Mr. ***** several times. I explained in a reply to the ****** My Business review he had left, that this was the first we had heard that he was having any issues.I believe this is what happened. I sold my business and its phone number about a year ago. If he called in, the call was going to a call center and we never received any information about the issues that he was having. I can certainly understand his frustration.Upon seeing this BBB complaint, I double checked the phone number and the email address that we had. Both the phoone number and email address he gave you when making this complaint were different than the phone number and email address we had listed (the phone number was one digit difference and the email address was 2 characters different). I forwarded the phone number from this BBB complaint to our division chief. He immediately reached out to Mr. ***** and was thankfully able to contact him. We have an appointment scheduled for one of our technicians to head out to Mr. ******* residence and address his problem.Please let me know if you have any other questions.
