SESSIONS POINTE VILLAS: Moved in to a brand new property--aesthetically very nice! Rent was $2250--pretty steep but like I said, they looked and seemed nice. Unfortunately, there were a TON of issues with HVAC and plumbing. Mold, floors needing replaced, gaping holes in drywall, extremely inefficient HVAC. What's worse is that Lakeshore has been INCREDIBLY slow, unhelpful, and to be frank quite rude in getting the extreme issues resolved. Awful customer service. Questions regarding how Lakeshore will rectify our situation are met with avoidance at best, contempt at worst. It has been extremely stressful trying to get through, and we would never, ever move here again. We read the bad reviews and hoped for the best--that's on us. Lesson learned, lots of time and money wasted.Review from Cassandra W

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Over payed my rent and was told I would get the difference at the end of the month since I was moving out. It has been 8 weeks and the office manager finally decided to speak to me about the issue. The receptionist had been giving me the run around so I finally decide to go speak to them in person. The managers response was it is not her priority to write me a check and I was making her upset for showing ** in the office asking about the check. She contradicted herself and lied about not knowing of the situation then in the end said she did see an email that was sent to her about the situation but did not care to read it. Mind you before I even spoke to her or said a word she came out of her office and starting yelling at me for being in the office. The receptionist does not communicate with the manager or they are both liars. Either way do not recommend. They lack customer service and professionalism. Will be seeking legal action. This could have been prevented if the manager would do her job and read a simple email or write a check.
