DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS BUSINESS. Not only do they do a bait and switch, they have NO follow up after you leave the lot. The likelihood of getting a return phone call is .01%They made promises they did NOT keep. Their turnover is higher than the national debt, Don't say you weren't warned. Went in with 20 year old daughter to co-sign. Business had 3 year written on a blank white piece of paper. I said thats not bad its 3 year? Was told yes. My daughter said oh mom I can pay that off in 3 years. I signed the papers got home and saw 75 month 21% plus percent interest. $539 a month. We went back and I asked for the paper that said 3 year it was brought out of the office trash with the word warranty written small next to 3 year. They told me not to share the information being I drive for the state of ********. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM totally manipulative especially to women. Very crooked so beware. They said refinance In a year. Also, several car issues for a 20 year old.Review from Gwendolyn R

Honestly I wished I would've read the reviews before buying gmc terrain on February 28th, talked with both George and Andrew, was told it was in the shop getting suspension work done, that was a lie, it was in the shop getting a bumper put on, found that out after the fact that it had a fender bender in the parking lot, they never disclosed that info until after I bought it and i confronted them about it . The tires were legally bald and had a nail in one of the tires, I paid 24000 for this, just to turn around and have to buy tires, when I looked at the car I didn't notice the windshield was cracked, I was advised by them to go through my insurance company. They wanted me to commit insurance fraud, 3 weeks later my transmission went out, it's now June, still haven't heard from the owner, I've left over 2 dozen calls to have them call me back, this company does not know what being honest means, they have no morals or integrity. I waited to do this review hoping they would make it right, that didn't happen, they don't care whether they sell a safe car, they are there to move cars that's it.They are not worried about your family. Do not trust their word. They should be ashamed of themselves

purchased a car in the Fall of 2022. The company was not honest about the condition of the car. Within one month I had spent thousands of dollars to repair multiple oil and radiator leaks. There is no way possible they were not aware of this before selling it. I called several times to work out a deal, left messages and emails - Never once got a return call back or email. The bottom line - they hide the damage and quick sold it. Not how I would do business.Review from Lisa L.

I would never recommend or deal with this company. I drove over three hours to look at a vehicle, they send me on a test drive with no plate which I was then pulled over by the holland township police. Then after discussing and coming to a deal they then say that they mis-priced the vehicle and will not sell it to me at that price. Wasted a whole day, two ranks of gas, my time, and my sanity. They guaranteed me they would hold up their end of the bargain and honor the price then tell me they will not agree to the deal they made! I would never recommend or deal with this company again! They do not hold up to there end of the deal. I have never dealt with such a shady business in my life. The owner has zero business ethics.
