I ordered a part for my table saw but it was not the right one. Renovo parts told me to return it for a refund. I did and they sent me an email stating they had refunded it - the refund never appeared on my bank statment. I called them many times and they falsely claimed it was my banks problem which after contacting my bank, it was determined that Ronovo Parts never made the refund and got very upset with me trying to resolve the issue to the point they hung up the phone when I callrf. I tried to order a variable speed replacement pulley for my delta ****** wood lathe. The pulley on the lathe spindle and not the one on the motor. Order#***** back in April. At first they did not send it and when I finally phoned them they apologized and promised to ship it right away. I emphasized again which pulley I wanted since they were not the same size. I believe they over charge for their parts and for the shipping but since I was desperate to get the part I agreed. They eventually sent the wrong part on 4/30/22. I sent the part back at my own expense (23$C) and asked for the right part, or a refund. I got a phone call from them about a week later and they said that I had ordered the wrong part myself and they were not responsible. They would not reimburse me for any of the shipping and only a partial refund for the part. They charged ***** US for the part and only gave me 45US for a refund. They took no responsibility for sending the wrong part, even though I had verbally described the right part on several occasions in emails and when speaking on the phone to their rep. I am out over 100$C and have no part to show for it. I resent their over charging for parts and shipping and think they should at least refund me the full charge for the part they now have back.Initial Complaint

On 01/18/22 ordered replacement tool part for $88.32 via credit card. Had not heard anything after the initial order confirmation that day. Tried to email the company on 01/21/22, 01/28/22 and 02/15/22 regarding information. Have not heard anything. Tried the phone too. When I call their number during the hours indicated for service it goes to voicemail with no option for leaving information or canceling order. Have phoned at least 4 separate occasions.
