I went to a Interview at Alex's Market, they told me to look and meet with a guy named *****. He was on the phone when I saw him, I walked up to him and he asks me for my name, phone number and if I had any experience. I gave him that information and he told me that he would call me in 15 minutes. They call me the next day and I start at the *******************************************, location. July 4th,2023 was my first day, I was told to meet a guy named ****. I meet **** and he shows me around, gets me all set up and clocks me in. The next day I went to work for them again. After a few hours **** calls me on a telephone they have at the store and says im being rude. I said I would change my attitude. The day goes on, I get a little overwhelmed with the job and I tell my coworker that I felt I needed a break, she called ***** up and let him know that, he fired me and sent me home. I was told they get paid every week, and I would of had my check in 2 weeks. I called ***** on that Friday asking if it was going to be deposited or if I had to pick it up. He told me he did not know who I was. I called the next Friday he told me I would have to wait longer, and they get paid every 2 weeks, which is not what I was told by the management. I called the friday after that and it just went to his voicemail. He blocked **** would like to get my paycheck.
