Well I must say I got a tracking number very quickly I paid for the two day shipping unfortunately it does take them a little bit to ship the item but even though I can truly say I've gotten everything that I've ever ordered without a problem yes it's takes a week but no more than a week never had any problem with anyone that I spoke to but when I did have a problem they were quick to fix it and gave me a discount for the inconvenience and I've ordered hundreds of dollars worth of knives for these people and only had one knife come in broke but out of the 75 I ordered only one was broke and it wasn't that bad I can't complain but people were bitching about the shipping and it tells you right there it takes two to three days to process and then depending on what shipping you pay for it can take a week or more but like I said I have nothing but good things to say about these people they've always been good to me on the phone always got my items with no problems oh and PS if you're going to order on the weekend your order won't be processed till probably Tuesday or Wednesday because they're not open on the weekends and again like I said if you read everything then you understand how knife country works because they're not not a company that's open 24/7 or on weekends so read what they tell you and you'd have no problems with this company and again I cannot complain about anything because they have always been awesome to me so knife country is a great company to deal with an great customer services and just in case you guys do get to read this I would like to know if you could send me another one of the knives that I got broke it is China Made 300517 Celtic Linerlock A/O Red

Very great customer service and great timely manner, contacted about a knife I had broke and they got back to me ASAP, they did not have the same knife due to being a special edition or special made but worked with me on what knife I would be happy with on the handle and blade shape, they were very kind and the knife they made and sent back was beyond what I had thought I would get back. Great company and wouldn’t definitely recommend to anyone
