******* performed an aeration on my property without my permission on 8.10.22. I did allow ******* to spray my yard for weeds/fertilizer once or twice annually for the past appx 3 years. My agreement with ******* (*******) was they were to call me for permission to enter my yard. I have a small dog (15 years old). They are not to enter my yard unless they speak with me, no emails or VM. I DO Not have aeration due to the mess it leaves the yard and issues with my dog. They are billing me for $135.00 for a service I never ordered/ agreed to. I will not pay for something I did not agree to have done. Now they are calling me stating I have a delinquent bill. DESIRED resolution - I want a current bill that shows I owe zero. I should have made them clean up the mess that aeration made. When I ask them to cancel the bill, they laughed. I have documents and emails up currently unable to submit. If needed I can submit documents at the library. Thank you. Cj

We have explained to ***** that this service was something that she ordered with our sales rep on 3/1/22.  Our sales department records sales calls for quality control purposes - we have reviewed this particular call and ***** was concerned about the amount of **** her property may have and then ***** began to discuss a relative who "aerated her lawn every year and it makes a big difference" the salesperson stated he could tentatively schedule it and if she felt differently about it ***** could "call and we can adjust that for you" and ***** was in agreement.

The continued for a few more minutes and the salesperson said "in closing we are gonna add that aeration on" and then asked about mosquito control - ***** mentioned that *********** took care of that.

When discussing notification the sales person asked if ***** would like "a call or text" to inform her that services would be the follow day and ***** asked for a call and stated "if I don't answer I'll get that on my cell phone" and discussed the convenience of that due to her getting pretty busy through the day.

      The call log placed:

      call date 2022-08-09

      time:  11:18:57

      to:  **********

      from:  **********
For:  Basic Broadcast ********** | Basic Broadcast Name:FAE scheduled tomorrow
Call duration:  1.4 min (recorded call length was 2 min total)

We are not in business to provide unwanted services hoping to get people to pay - we provide services that are ordered and this service was ordered, notified a day in advance and never informed us otherwise until 5 days after the service was performed when she called the office and expressed her issues.
