I was suppose to be buying a puppy from ******* *****. She has received $1380 of my money and will not refund me any of it. She is playing games with me and I simply won’t. She was trying to make me drive much further than needed to pick up. Honestly I was even afraid to drive 7 hrs, trusting her to do anything that she says. I would like a refund of $1380. She does not have a signed agreement with me. Thank you so much.Business response

***** **** was supposed to get a pup from us since 2020. She was recently supposed to pickup her puppy but canceled the night before pickup. Im still boarding her puppy now looking for a new home. ***** canceled on her after holding her for weeks longer. She has a holding contract with Margel German Shepherds. She was supposed to get a puppy in 2020. When the puppy was 7 weeks old she canceled stating she didn't have the money. She has broke the holding contract time after time after time. I still let her put that money towards a pup which I believe is $1180. She has lied and slandered me across social media. Again I still was holding her holding fee and not terminating everything. She continues to play game after game. When she was supposed to pickup her puppy she didn't like where she had to meet me last week. She didn't want to drive so far. I previously sent screenshots to u guys about her so it's all probably in another spot.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 20219463, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
i am not satisfied because ******* and Margel German Shepherd, first and foremost, does NOT have a signed contract with me. She actually sent me an email asking for me to sign one and I did not. I then asked her if she had a contract already then why would she send another. I have tried working with ******* with picking up a pup. I did have to decline because she asked me to drive 2 hours additional than what I had anticipated. It was a hour away from her place of business. I’m still unclear why she would ask that of me. I believe she is upset because I did contact bbb and it is revealing her true colors. She has made it impossible. I also sent attachment and pics of the messages she has been sending. Her conduct for herself and the business is very child like. Unprofessional is putting it lightly. At this point I feel that she has made it impossible to deal with her or anything to do with the “business”. I would attach the necessary documents but I was told not to do that the public could see what this business is really about. Thank you for your time. I pray that ******* and Margel German Shepherd is not able to do this to anyone else. It is unethical.
