2/13/23 our neighbors house burned down, it caught our garage on fire. Our insurance referred us to CRDN to get our textiles cleaned. CRDN told us that they come in, take our textiles, & return them in the manner that they came in (folded or hung up). They took all of our ******************* I started calling them by mid-March to ask them when they will return everything to ********* claimed that they couldnt return our things because we may have construction in the house & the clothes would get re-contaminated. By the beginning of April, our construction company had told us that there shouldnt be any internal construction so we contacted CRDN to tell them to give us our clothes back. The project manager that I was working with never called me back, I left him multiple *************** got to the point where I had to call their main office to even talk to someone. Finally their main office had the project manager call me back in the first week of May. He said billing will send an invoice to our insurance co. Our insurance paid out on 5/9 for the clothing portion. Our items were delivered to us, some in boxes but mostly everything hung up. It took us about 6 hours to go through all of the things they brought back & most of the folded items were hung up so we had to refold everything. We quickly realized that our bed quilt that my husbands ******* made him was missing. I called them on 5/15 & they told me the project manager had quit and we had a new one. The new one said he had a list of total loss ************ them to me that day, our quilt was on it. He said hed try & locate it. I called him 5/17 & he said they threw it away. Our priceless heirloom gone, just like that. He said their policy is 30 days after the bill goes out, if they dont hear from us then they throw it away. Well, we got our bill 12 days ago. Im reporting them in the hopes that they change their policy to 60 days so this doesnt happen to someone else and to get compensated for our loss.
