My daughter ordered two shirts the first week of January and here we are in March and nothing! Tried sending an instagram message but I doubt she gets a response. Im truly frustrated after reading everyone elses experiences with this company. Im even more disappointed because weve been IG followers/fans of Splendid Threads for quite a while and my daughter was so excited to finally order from her with her own money!Review from Heidi G

This company has no customer service. I placed my order on 9/29 and still haven't received it. I've sent several messages through social media, which she is active on, and several emails and I haven't gotten any response. The shipping label was created 3 weeks ago and hasn't been sent.Review from Briana L

I unfortunately have to give one star because I cant give zero. I placed an order on 12/23/22 and never received it. After many attempts of contacting the seller on multiple platforms and methods, I got ignored. The seller was active on social media, where I sent a message and commented, and still got ignored. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. Its a shame because I really want to buy more merchandise from Splendid Threads Co.Review from Melissa L

I wish I would've checked out this company before ordering! Ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas on Dec. 7, 2022. The website said 3-4 week processing time so we knew it would probably arrive after Christmas and were okay with that. On Dec. 31st I received a notification that it was ready to ship and would arrive by *** 6th, before my daughter headed back to college. We were so excited but it didn't arrive. Checked the tracking again, still pending waiting for pick up. I emailed the company (no phone number listed) on Jan 17th for an update and never received a response. Finally contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and went on with my life. Imagine my amazement when the item showed up on FEBRUARY 23rd, almost 3 months after ordering! But guess what, my tracking info hasn't changed. Talk about deceptive practices! How in the world do you run a business like this? Like someone said previously, I will NEVER shop there again and have warned others against shopping there as well.Review from Emma S

Long story short: I ordered on May 28, 2022 and its now March 4, 2023 and Ive heard nothing. I have reached out multiple times through email, instagram, and her website. I have never received a response on any platform or heard anything from her. I ordered $139 worth of clothing and I never received it. I got a notification that a shipping label had been created, but it was never actually sent and the label has since expired. I keep trying to forget about the instance but seeing the owner of this business scamming so many people and getting away with it is downright infuriating. I want my money back and I want this company to be shut down. Stop scamming!Review from Heather S

I have ordered from this shop many times. My items have always arrived. The owner ***** seems sweet but at times a little disorganized which can be a turn - off to potential customers. This shop has a four week processing time + whatever the shipping time will be so don't expect your orders quickly. The owner says she does not see DMs and asks people to email her but then takes over one week to respond to emails. The product colors sometimes look different on her Instagram page vs real life. This is because of lighting. She claims to take products photos in natural sunlight. Seems like SplendThreadsCo is getting too big for just one person (*****, the owner) to manage. She needs to hire employees / friends to help make and pack orders. Just having her mom or sister help in the shop when they are available is not enough. Cute designs and everything runs true to size.Review from Lainey M

All of these reviews are true. The owner hides negative comments on her Instagram. Its terrible. I have sent SO many messages and emails about my order, but no answer EVER. I reached out to some of her friends on her page, and they said they get messages about this often! She is a scammer. Please save your money! I received half of my order months late, then after BEGGING for my other sweatshirt, I was notified it would be on hold and to either pick another or wait. I asked for an estimated time frame for the sweatshirt and its now been 3 months with no refund, response, or sweatshirt.Review from McKenna K

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! I would give a zero-star rating if it was possible.Ordered from this shop at the beginning of November 2022. Received a shipping notification towards the end of November, but there never seemed to be any progress on it.Reached out to the owner of the shop multiple times and only ever received one response, which wasnt even really a response at all. Any comments posted to the company instagram of people reaching out, trying to get in touch with her, asking her to check DMs gets deleted or hidden automatically.I FINALLY received my order almost in the middle of February. This person does not have good business practices. I feel the only reason they finally shipped my items was because I threatened to open a dispute through PayPal.Review from Ellie M

I ordered from this shop Oct 25, 2022. It is now January 26, 2023 and there is no way I will be receiving my package. I emailed the shop owner trying to get in contact with her, but to no avail. She makes the shop app seem like she has completed orders, but she simply just prints the shipping slip and never does anything with it. All that to say, I filed it with my bank and they reimbursed the money, but ** still upset that splendidthreads still got my $60. I will not shop from here ever again and I advise that no one else do either.Review from Lindsey K

Do not give a ***** to this person. She takes your money and never fills your order. Never answers any messages or emails. Disgraceful
