  This company demo'd a house on ************ st in *************. I live in an older home, but the continued tamping of ground, and breaking up of concrete on this property, some with-in 7 feet of our house exacerbated the issue's with our home....cracks in the drywall....issues with our foundation, among other things......I believe this person was under contract with a builder called ************************************************ in *************....................................... we do have pictures....

  **** First off sorry you seem to be having problems with your house. 

  I have spoken with ****** and his insurance and they both came together and in a statement said demo work we did, did not create the problems you have had within your home. 

  Now. **** You and I have never spoken directly about this, and I respectfully ask that you remove this review. Your accusing my business of damage it didn't do. I will presue this as a defamation case and will have to take it to the next level if this remains up. You and I both know we did nothing wrong. We have many quality standards we uphold within our business and have successfully completed hundreds of those type of jobs without any concerns. Also ****** builders are probably one of the areas best builders and we will work together to make sure our businesses are aligned and continue to provide good business to our customers.

  I am rejecting this response because:

  With all due respect ****, you dont know what it was like living this nightmare with the pounding, and breaking up of concrete.... 7 feet from our house.....You, ***** or the insurance company does not know what our house looked like before the work began. We had this house inspected as well, 10 years ago ,and no issues where noted....My wife watched as cracks went across the ceiling of her craft room, I watched as insulation was falling out of the rafters and cracks forming in the foundation...We brought tis to the attention of *****....Ive always paid attention to my house/foundation in this old house...Checking it spring and fall...and the issue was exacerbated. We knew this was an old house and it has had issues, but I pointed that out to the insurance guy who came over and checked it...I told him, what was there before and what had appeared recently. appeared .We watched as a door, begin to stick and the porch shift .I wouldn't have if I hadn't painted it the yr before.....but he worked for the insurance ********* and we feel he certainly padded his response in their favor...I had to laugh, he said there were cobwebs in the foundation cracks.....yes sir, and if you know anything about spiders, they can spin webs very fast. Im sure the insurance company has lots of notes and pictures...we do as well. 
  Im disappointed that such reputable companies think that nothing can happen  just because they say so...****, we lived this, and know what was wrong with this house before and after all this started...My wife and I certainly didn't shake our house and exacerbate the issue..We have lived here for 45 years, and I think I know alot about this house and its condition...both 2 years ago, and now..

  With all due respect ****, you didnt see the home, before or after this demolition started....My wife and I  know when this happened...all the damage was on the east side of the

  house........Insurance *** has pictures....We also have pictures, notes  and video.

  This house is 132 years old, didnt that cross your mind, before you started demo....
