An older ************* came to figure out what was wrong. Except the man could not hear it. Then said the capacitor was measuring 2.9 instead of 3.0 so he had to replace it. Problem is the noise is still ********* lied telling the boss it was my vents!Charged me $130 & left. When I tried to talk to someone the woman answering wouldn't let me finish a sentence, said the problem was I didn't get it from them so it was dirty & thats why nothing more will be done. This sure isnt run like the the last owner! He would never have treated a customer since **** like that. That woman screamed over & over because I had a complaint

Hi **** (****),Your original complaint was a noise from your furnace, to which we scheduled a visit in a timely manner. Upon inspection from our employees, the work up was detailed as, "Noise from (Inducer Blower) at start up - Inducer slow @ start, ******* start cap (3uf) @ 1.9 ** --> replaced start cap. Blower compartment very dirty - blow appears ok - Tried a wedge under blower - no change - noise appears to be in ductwork. *Cleaned condensate drain * Basic air filter is clean. Unfortunately, we did not install the furnace as you told our employees, "The previous owners price was too expensive". As a result of that, the installation is not up to our company's installation standards/guidelines. The furnace is also reaching the end of its life expectancy (installed in 2007) and has not been properly maintained. As a result of those factors, our employee pointed out some areas of concern with your system. It is indeed frustrating for both homeowners and our technicians when problems happen intermittently and not at the time of the service visit, which is the case here. The exact noise you were hearing was not able to be heard nor replicated during your service visit, which was confirmed by both employees who were assigned to your service call. As a third generation led company, we pride ourselves on expert advice, unbeatable workmanship, and unparalleled customer care. We would have been happy to return to troubleshoot the intermittent issue again. However, my employee whom is thoroughly trained and valued at our company did not lie and I did not appreciate you referring to him as "condescending" during our conversation, so I respectfully addressed your behavior. I would be happy to issue you a refund as our employees work environment is a top priority to us and we do not feel like our company is the best fit for your needs.Thank you,Mukavitz Heating, Inc.
