The person who checks u in is taking the money for rooms not giving keys or anything for the room renting them dirty and when u say something tells u leave and no refunds is the response I have no where to go and my money was paid for a room not a job to be done paying for a dirty room Filled with bed bugs roaches and fire hazard Hi my name is ***************************** and I am staying at the colonial inn off of the ************** I need to report a lot I paid for a night the first day there and was charged 75 dollars by the woman working in the office charge me for the room and didn't give me a key and I go to the room and it's trashed hasn't been cleaned from previous person who stayed there was no towel sheets pillows blankets or anything the bed was full of bedbugs I go back to office try complaining and ask her if was mistake she said u don't like it leave and no refunds. The following day me and my sister ask about another bigger room for me her and my nephew and that room cost 500 for a week we pay and it was worse than the other one she said it was fine the **** air conditioning unit was not working I pull it out and see it had been caught on fire has loose wires everywhere and I said can she have a maintenance guy come look at it she said no u can take this other unit pull other unit in it works I said are u going give me a discount at least since i have to clean it and fix the air conditioner she said no. U can always leave but no refunds again I get Iy car and all the money I had to get the place was taken and I was told I could just get out and she would keep my money I asked her for a supervisor or owners number she said she was boss and owner was out of town someone needs to something to stop this a lot people are there cause have no other choice and are being railroaded by the lady who is checking people in she has no name tag and I don't know what to do I think alot people there are probably being done this way and I am trying to survive and get my life toget
