      Organization is has poor insurance follow up and uses deceptive policies. They failed to provide healthcare insurance provider with a corrected claim form as requested and then submitted us to collections for non payment. After working with them for six weeks, following up EACH week they continued to state that they would follow up with insurance provider with the proper information (AETNA) but continued to fail to submit the information (confirmed this with AETNA).This organization uses deceptive practices by informing their patients that they will submit proper claims for payment to the insurance providers of the patient but consistently fails to do the proper paper work despite stating that they would complete the process. They then submit patients to collections as a way to avoid submitting paper work and to pressure the patient into paying out of their own pocket.

      Anesthesia Business Consultants, LLC double billed me one year after I paid the original invoice, and they then took zero action to resolve the problem when I called and emailed them. A phone agent actually said that something didn't look right, but needed to research. I guess they take the benefit of the doubt and sit comfortably on it. They sent the invoice to collections. I spent lots of time on the phone with my insurer today while they resolved it. Avoid Anesthesia Business Consultants, LLC if at all possible.

      ********, After receiving my first bill from this org, I noticed that they had not contacted my Insurance company for reimbursement. I contacted them and they said they had on information about any insurance company on my records. I gave them the information over the same phone call and was told to disregard this bill and a new one would be forthcoming. My Surgery was performed in Sept. of 2022. The initial bill was received around Nov. 17 and I put this bill aside. I had received 2 individual bills from them which I paid in full. On Jan 4, 2023, I received a bill for $61.78. I called their pay by phone line, gave them their acct number, and some personal information to identify me as the patient. The initial bill was for $1800. The bill I received on Jan 4, showed my insurance company paid $1508.13, I had 2 **** payments for a total of $350.09 and a balance of $61.78. On January 5, I called their pay by phone number and was informed I had a zero balance on this account. I was not able to talk to a real person, but info was with computer set-up. I am putting this bill aside for now until I am able to talk to a real person to get the final details of this unacceptable situation from their point of vies.

The automatic statement went out to you on 12/19/2022 the same day that you called in to make the payment but the payment did not post until 12/22/2022. Sorry for all of the confusion and I hope this helps.Please let me know if you need anything further on the matter

      After receiving my first **** from them, I immediately called with my insurance information (which they should have had from the hospital). They never billed the insurance after I provided the insurance multiple times and continued to send me bills. I had my insurance company call them and then they finally sent them the ****. The insurance company processed the claim within 2 days and sent them a check back in November. I emailed them a copy of the *** after I received another **** from them showing that the claim was not paid and they said they received it and would look into it. In the meantime, I just received another notice from collections.
