I purchased a vehicle from avenue Auto and within 3 years I had to put $5,000 in repairs. Exactly I highly advise against this place!

They sell used lemons. They dont answer the phone or call back for repairs and my car has been in the shop for a week now. I was sold a car with a check engine light on which I had to pay for someone else to fix. A/c didnt work, sync module didnt work, and now it has left me and my toddler stranded twice. They claim they cant find anything wrong with it. Ill be collecting all paperwork and getting an attorney

If I could give half of a star, I would. I was car shopping here, I found a car I liked and they told me I could not get that car because the bank would not finance me for less then $10,000, I found out from the bank that they only loaned the car dealership just over $9000, I did not get to pick the car I wanted, I basically had to take what they gave me, and I didn't have a choice because I needed something reliable to get to my job that was an hour away, I also found out from the bank that the dealership charged me over 25% interest, making my payments $430 for 72 months making the final price of the car over $30,000 I paid over $11,000 on the car that was initially $9000. The remaining $21,000 was interest. Less then a week of having the car, they called and asked how it was, and if there were any issues, how are you supposed to know that until you have actually driven the car, for more then a week? Not long after the purchase and them putting in a GPS unit to turn off the car if payments weren't made, they screwed up my wiring because they didn't know what they were doing, less then 2 months of having the car, my brakes went out, I had to replace the ** Compressor, the starter, the alternator, then the wiring was bad because of them, and before relinquishing the car, the transmission was going out, they RAPED ME on this 2017 pile of junk, I just wonder how many more people they are trying to s**** over! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM AVENUE AUTO IN **********

I bought a used car there 7 months ago and bought a 24 mo warranty for it. I took the car in to them to have something checked out. They told me it needed a few things and I ok'd that thinking it would take care of the issue but the warranty didn't cover those things. When I picked up the car, it still had the issue I went there to have them fix. I called the owner, ***************************, to complain about that. He told me he ordered another part which would take care of the issue and they would install it without charging me. I took the car in a few days ago to have that part installed. They didn't give me any paperwork that it had been done because they told me it was "on us". The car still has the same issue. I suspect that they didn't install the part and are being dishonest with me. I called and requested written documentation in the form of a service order/receipt for the installation of that part and was told they would have to ask the owner about that. I also emailed the owner asking for it. So far they haven't replied to me. The owner is immature and I think does a shady business. Are his mechanics/techs unable to diagnose the problem with my car and repair it? Or is it something too big/serious and costly to repair? I might have a lemon. I won't go back there anymore and plan to have my car checked out at a ***** dealer. Also the courtesy driver, ****, was a fast reckless unsafe driver and used an old truck with a balled tire in back and almost too high for me to get in. They should have more consideration for their customers than that. You're better off staying away from this dealership.

We bought a used car from them. After driving it less than 30 miles. Noticed head light wasn't working and brake light was out. Then check engine light came on. Had it checked at autozone it was the oxygen sensor. The same trip to autozone. We filled the car up and realized it has a gas leak. So we contacted the dealer they said they would fix the issues. So we take the car back for them to fix at half cost. They had our car for 2 weeks. The first week they had it. No one would answer our calls or return our calls. Then when they do call they say they cant find a leak. Gas tank still leaks. Go pick the car up and notice there is a new scratch on the car. And to top it off the plates for the car got send to the dealer and they lost them.
