We bought a car from the right way about two and a half months ago we had to bring it back because there was a discrepancy with the title and the mileage so they said they could not get us the title so we brought it back got a new one and they said the loan was just supposed to go away and two and a half months later I am still arguing with the finance company and right way right away saying it's the financing company's financing company saying it's our fault and the only people that are being hurt by this is me and my wife's credit I keep on getting the runaround I've talked to a lawyer and he said that it's a little premature to get on this plus it's going to cost me $5,000 to get it started which I don't have so the car cost us $25,000 and that's where we're at and two weeks ago I was told that it was going to be handled and five to seven days and then this morning when I wake up or today when I wake up from sleeping I have seven missed phone calls from them because they're saying that I'm behind on a vehicle payment that I don't even haveBusiness response

******* and ***** purchase a Ford Escape and the loan funded, as we were processing the title with the state of michigan it was found out that there had been a previously issued title. We attempted to get this resolved with agency that Rightway purchased it from and had no luck. The loan had already funded with Crescent bank during this time. Rightway then found them a replacement vehicle with the same lender. We had sent the check to crescent bank to immediately to Crescent to payoff the first loan and it was cashed on 10/11/22. The collection department of Crescent did not realize that the proceeds were in house and kept hounding Mr. ***** with threatening calls. I had kept in touch with Mr. ***** during this process and he stated he understood and even provided him the information on the proceeds and a copy of the cashed check we had sent to them. Crescent continued to call Mr. ***** with threats until they processed it internally. THe real complaint should be against Crescent bank. I have since spoke with the customer as this has been resolved and we are on good terms and is actually coming to purchase another vehicle in the spring.
