    Worst customer service ever. After 6 or so emails and 3 phone calls, and an entire month I'm still waiting on a part. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS

    Never buy there! I ordered $12 in parts that weigh under 1/2 lb and would fit in an envelope. They charged me $10 for shipping. I ordered the parts on 9/5/24. Today is the 22nd and they still aren't here. I called to check a few days ago and spoke to a Lady that gave me a "I could care less" attitude.

    If I could leave a negative 5 star I would. Ordered $919.85 worth of parts and delivered $223 of my order. Been over 2 weeks of trying to contact them over my order with ZERO reply. Filing a lawsuit against their sham of a company. Looking for others to file a class action lawsuit for fraud.

    Same response as many other reviews. *** lost the entire month of riding waiting for an oil filler cap. Has gone way past the delivery dates on my receipt. Their prices are cheap, but its not worth it waiting so long for delivery. I wont purchase from them again.

    Tried to cancel an online parts order. Called and was put on hold. Never was connected to someone who could help me. Had to pay 3 times what I could have purchased the parts for locally because of high shipping costs. I discovered this after placing the order. Now I have to wait for the parts to come in. BBB complaints indicate that I may or may not ever see these parts. Very poor communication with the company. Won't answer calls and won't let you make requests by email.

    Placed order 8/19/22, card was billed immediately, got a confirmation e-mail on 8/21 with order number, stated that parts would be delivered between 8/31 & 9/6. Have tried repeatedly to make contact with them, e-mail, left message on website, tried calling 4-5 times, even when their message says they are open until 8 PM, it says were closed and hangs up. Run dont walk away from these scammers.

    Placed order on 7/26/22. I received order confirmation and it was charged to my credit card immediately in the amount of $1738.96. Delivery date was supposed to be 8/10/22. I have no tracking # and they wont take my call. Tried emailing with no success. This is the worst customer service and I understand things sometimes take longer than expected but I would like some answers on the status of my parts that they were quick to take my money on. I will never do business with this company again and fear that they are fraudulent. Wish I would have read everyones awful experiences with this company before I made the purchase

    Placed Order 7/16/2022. Received company email with Reference Number: ****** and Estimated Delivery: 7/26/2022 - 8/1/2022. Credit card charged immediately. Emailed company twice in reference to no receipt of ordered product. Have had no response to either email. Called and listen twice to music for over thirty minutes and a hang up twice. Its time to discuss situation with my credit card company. Almost half of charge was postage thats probably FRAUD in and of itself!I would not recommend doing business with ***** Parts Nation.
