      Beyond my circumstances I have been unemployed since last year. I have not been able to make my cc payment. I filed a claim like I was advised and that decision came back with in 24 hours and was denied for help. I still have a signature loan I have been keeping up with the payments on. Advia took it upon themselves to take out my external account so I cant make the monthly payment and after speaking with them this morning they have deactivated my account and I cannot get back in! Shame on you Advia! I will never recommend EVER!!

      I have been charged back in 2021 NSF funds over $100 from a PayPal account that is not attached to my old Advia account. The Credit Union account was supposed to be closed back in 2020 via phone for a remote closure request and I went into the branch. I spoke to an agent named Margie 01/22/2024 said she was in the call center. I asked to have this account closed, fees removed and a deposit that came through in 2023 sent to me due to no activity with them since 2020. I were unable to resolve this even though there are several complaints and lawsuits in ref to this same issue again and again through several other customers. I explained I no longer have access to that account, account#, email and physical address is changed 2020. I had no idea of any activity until 2023 when I received a end of year tax statement from the company that attempted to send a deposit to that old account. Margie says account is charged off, NOT closed but won't send a debit card to retrieve my funds because the account is closed. Spoke to Alexis in Advia Collections to get this resolved and soke to Debra Mae she said she is only sending difference of what they say PayPal charged that I had no idea of and sent me to a shared branch to get my funds in the state I live now.

      Absolutely atrocious bank and customer service line. Password retrieval/change technology never works, does not send, or call with verification codes as it should forcing you to call the customer service line and wait in front of 25+ calls JUST to get back into your account. I tried contacting them 3 different days figuring wait times would decrease and they do not. Waited on hold for over an hour. Ridiculous, there are so many ways to create a safe and secure password retrieval system that works, many companies achieve it. Regardless, the customer service line should never be that consistently backed up so something fundamentally wrong with their customer service right now.

We are continually working to develop easy methods for secure access code (SAC) delivery as well as phone access to reach a member service representative. In the meantime, if not done already, we recommend confirming your SAC delivery options within digital banking by selecting Login Preferences within the Preferences option (we allow voice and SMS/Text as available options).

      Poor customer service suppose to take out loan every other week they have took it out every week for past 4 weeks have had nothing but problems since I opened account. Everytime I call its a 1 hour call. Every agent fixes the problem. Advia has gone down hill over the last tear sad to see.

      Advia will make your account negative for purchases youve made RIGHT AFTER taking the funds from your account. So in other words it will look like you made the transactions twice. For example, I had $100 in my account, I made $100 worth of transactions, I check my bank account later on & it says my account is negative $100. How is that even possible if I just had $100 in my account. Now Im waiting for a deposit in the morning & of course they are gonna take the money!! What is goin on??

      i think that Advia is a dishonest organization that does not follow up for resolution. Due to an employee error on my account, i was assessed a fee of $15 for late payment. The employee did not read my payment correctly, they read it as $200 and the check was written for $200.01.
      For the misread of $.01, i was charged the $15 for underpayment.

      I have tried several times over the past 1.5 years to get resolution. All that i get is "we will get back to you on this after i check with my boss". On my last attempt for the request of getting the late payment credited to my account, the response was "it is now too late and our records do not go back that far. I have never heard of a financial institution that does not keep records.

      This is a poorly organized and operated company. If they are that hard up for $15, they need to get out of the banking business. Now it is the principle of being cheated rather than the dollar amount.

      Please ask your people to be more careful when reading payments, or replace them with intelligence. The other problem with my last call, and other calls, is that the representatives always tell me that they will get back to me,,,however,,,i feel that this has been stalling and making false promises.

      I have been with Advia for a nice period of time and had some bumps in the road with my account which I took care of and was very consistent with making sure I got it back to good standings. Every since those issues I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences and it almost feels as though it was because of the issue I had previously on my account and it was actually brought up on one of my telephone interactions which further clarified for me that what I was thinking and feeling was correct so I decided to close my accounts which is terrible because I have been with my current bank about 3 years and have had nothing but good experiences learning and all. The biggest advice is Advia consultants need to active listen, show more empathy and patience. I definitely would not recommend them to any of my family members nor friends
