    We paid $2,886.40 in monthly payments between January and September of this year, which were supposed to be equal monthly payments to cover the total cost of services contracted for the year. We did not receive several services - only 16 mows over the summer because they started late and missed some weeks (the estimate included 26 total mows), and we never received 2 aeration services or a spring cleanup. We cancelled his services before the second fall cleanup. The total for services received (16 mows, 1 fall cleanup and approximately $719 in plows), plus 4% credit card fee, was $1,982.84. We paid a total of $2,886.40 in fees between January and September (when we stopped paying because we realized we were overpaying, even if he completed all services contracted for for the remaining portion of the year). We began reaching out to him in mid-November, requesting to resolve the refund to us amicably by requesting an itemized statement of services provided over the year so that we could come to an agreement. He did not respond to the first few messages, so we provided our own calculation of services received and refund due. He did not respond until we mentioned potentially filing a complaint with the BBB. He responded to say he would have a statement for us the next day (December 13). I followed up again December 18 and 23 and we received no response. We have disputed one payment of $283.95 with our credit card company, which is pending. We are not able to dispute additional payments. We calculate that we are due a total refund of $903.56, or $619.61 if the credit card dispute is granted. The $95 charge showing on the screenshot of credit card payments made can be ignored, that was for sprinkler services that were provided and paid separately.

    DO NOT HIRE! ***** made promises he couldn't keep. His team showed up unannounced, they broke equipment in my yard and had to fix it themselves. I requested a leveling services and while they fix one side of the yard, they made the other side, that was flat, ankle twisting. 5 weeks after service the grass still has not grown. When I called to request receding, ***** made more promises about coming on 3 separate occasions, but has still yet to show up. I spent twice as much for this company as the other quote, and they left my large yard looking like this.
