04/08/2023 I paid $1011.46 to have my brakes replaced at ******* **** *************************************************** ************, ** *****. My vehicle had ******* miles on it. 20 July 2023, I took my car to the Seelye *************** dealership located at ********************************************************** ******. I had to pay $752.88 to have my brakes replaced again. My vehicle was at ****** miles.I should not have to had pay $752.88 since ****'s warranty is supposed to be honored at all **** Dealerships.Today, 11/22/2023, I took my vehicle to ************* to discuss the warranty about my brakes. My vehicle is recorded to have ****** miles on it. The mileage on my vehicle adds up to **** miles. ***** is still within ****'s warranty.****'s warranty ****** "12 months or ****** miles, whichever comes first." I would like a refund of $752.88. Seelye did great work, but I should not have been charged since my brakes were still under warranty from another **** establishment.Business response

On February 25th we saw an F-150 XLT that we liked at Seelye Ford of *********. We went in and eventually were assigned a sales person to help out.We liked the truck, but I made it clear multiple times to the sales person that the truck had manual fold tow mirror and they must be power instead. And he must verify whether or not the option to install power folding mirrors would be available.He tried to look things up online and we asked he verifies with service department first before we sign or buy the truck.He left and then came back to say, service said it is possible and and around $2500 to $3000, we agreed. The only thing left was to get us an appointment with the service department to do the needful installation.After we bought the truck and with at least a 2 times a week I try to reach out to the sales person, he responded and said yes, you can buy this part number. I bought the mirrors suggested, and could not for the life of me get the sales person to get me an appointment with service that he kept promising, at some point I even asked for all the parts needed to try and get someone else to do the install, because I still thought the sales person cared and it was service fault, But that also got me nowhere. So I drove to the dealer to talk to the service person he kept referencing, and then after a week of no response I drove back to the service department and was told it is not possible to do this installation and has never been done for this new 2023 truck before. I confronted the sales person for which he said "I was not sure if it was possible or not". My garage will not fit the truck with the current tow mirrors out. So it is an absolute must for me. The service department person did say he talked to the sales person and they thought it was possible. And there was no verification or validation. And the sales person just wanted to say anything to make the sale. I do not want to be stuck with this truck because Seelye will not take responsibility.Business response
