I want to purchase a ***** super cub 125 the salesman ************************* said the girl laid it down and had some scuff. He sent me pictures.. he did not tell me that the fairing was cracked. He didnt even check up. The foot peg is bent so you cant shift it properly. He said he replace the battery but it doesnt hold a charge. Its got a cord coming out of the side that he had no idea what it was the seat doesnt work, and the tech didnt know how to fix it.. they charged me top dollar. He also knew I came 120 miles but I had to call them to tell them to send me the license plate on top of all that the salesman ************************* said he was going to call me back he never did. The sales manager was going to call me back he never did. ******* said the sales manager was going to call me back someone else talk to me the sales manager never called me back. They said some manager was going to call me no one ever called me back.Initial Complaint

Placed online order 06/03/2022 through their "PolarisPartsNation.com" website. Charge total $1537.86 applied to my credit card 06/07/2022. To date, HAVE NOT received item. Contacted number through website on five separate occasions. 06/21, 06/22, 06/24, 06/28 and 07/05. Receive excuses, but no definitive answers. This is unacceptable... order placed and paid for the order in good faith but no part received, which seems to constitute fraud.Business response

This customer's order was flagged initially. As a first time customer making a larger purchase we wanted to reach out to the customer by phone and email to verify that the order was legitamate. After the customer confirmed his purchase we shipped his order out **********************************; This customer would not be flagged in the future, as he has already verified his purchase.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The response is utter B.S. The order was placed 06/03. I submit, at no time was I contacted, either by email or phone. My credit card was charged on 06/07. Attempted email company via web site on two separate occasions with no response.
Contacted via phone at 10:15 06/21 for status update, when call was finally answered, was advised by ***** ***** was currently "no status". 18 days and "no status"?!?
Contacted again via phone at 11:37 06/24, was advised by '****'; "part received 06/23 and should ship immediately". No shipping status was ever received. Inquired why this was taking so long, was advised "it was on backorder from Polaris". My question: "So, to be clear... I place an order from your site, and you order from the manufacturer?", answer "yes". Unbelievable...
Contacted again via phone at 09:30 06/28, was advised by ***** "the part should ship directly". Again, didn't happen.
Contacted again via phone at 13:50 07/05, was advised part was received 06/29... at this point my patience was at an end, which is the reason for the complaint. To be blunt, as a customer who does several thousands of dollars of online business, this is the poorest excuse for an online business I have ever encountered. Email attempts go unanswered. Calls are problematic as their "call system" advised hold times of 3-5 minutes. To the contrary, was on hold well in excess of 30 minutes each call.
Each call, their customer service reps never identified themselves by name or ID number, an inquiry needed to be made for some type of identification.
Their website advises "We offer one of the largest selections of new Polaris OEM parts on the market covering a wide range of their models. With an inventory spanning several decades, as well as all of the most popular models from this manufacturer, we are confident you will find everything you need all in one place. When looking for a replacement part for your all-terrain vehicle or utility vehicle", which is untrue and completely misleading. Order numerous parts from repeatable online companies, which are received within days of the order.
In full disclosure, the part was finally shipped on 07/11, and received 07/14. Well over a month later. If this transaction was minimal cost, I may have simply overlooked the trouble, but this was in excess of $1500.00. Unacceptable.
