Painting the garage floor when my Condo was built in 2018 was included in the price. Batts was hired by ****** to paint it. In the first year, that coat began to peal. ***** hit so he could'nt come back for about a year. That was very understandable. The second coat was put on with a better paint which cost extra. Around $600.00. That began to peal off in 2022. It took him until Sept of 2023 to even look at it. It is now May 30 2024, and have not heard from him yet. I contacted **** at ****** who hired him and he is not please at all. I am getting another company involved to get it fixed. This is going to cost me around $5000.00. I think he should pay me back for the second coat of paint and what it would cost to re-grind my floor for the new paint going on which he would have needed to do to fix this floor correctly. Remember, this started around 2019, when the first coat began to peal.Business response

I have contacted *******, and will Refund what she is requesting. I have been in contact with her on this floor and we had set a plan to resolve this spring, of 2024. We had not set a date and it is still Spring, but I will Refund what she is asking.
