Horrible customer service for ladies who come in alone looking for a good used vehicle. I bought my vehicle under not knowing all what was wrong. I bought a 2018 Ford Edge Titanium. Two days later my engine light came on and didn’t go off. I took it to my mechanic and he did a diagnostic test and also checked the oil. The oil was nothing but sludge and I knew there was no 21 point inspection at Voice. The error code was 1440 and he said I should take the car back. It was an engine code. I took it back right then and went to the salesman, Mitch Voice. I was greeted with not even looking at me with a rude tone in his voice and said “what’s wrong now “. I became defensive at that response and I got angry. I showed him the code number and asked what was going to be done with that and the oil wasn’t even changed. He told me he didn’t like my attitude, pointing at the door and told me I could walk out that door and if I decided I could treat him like a human I could come back in. At that point the tears started rolling down my cheeks. When buying the car he told me the only thing wrong was the radio didn’t work. Something about the volume dial not working. I didn’t know it was the whole console. I’ve never had one in any vehicle I owned and I believed him regarding the radio. I told him I couldn’t pay that amount and left. Few hours later he called and said they would put on new brakes and we could stay at his price. I agreed thinking it would be then. The new brakes were put on three days before I agreed to his offer. They did an oil change, found a sensor needed to be replaced and found the timing belt needed to be replaced at their cost. I still don’t trust this car. If that engine has more problems or needs to be replaced, I can’t afford a new engine. In my opinion, this vehicle is nothing but junk and they wanted it off the lot. Then I walked in alone and being nieve trusted Mitch V and I was sold junk.
