            experience number one--stopped in to get a price for a 6 inch by 24 inch clear replacement glass for one of my fish aquarium covers and was told it would be around $80. went to a local hardware store and purchased for under $5. satisfaction grade: E experience number two--simple shower door replacement, they had the best price for the glass style I liked the most. only tiny problem was they forgot caulk to fill 2 holes from the original door, not a real big deal. satisfaction grade: A experience number three--rehang 2 bathroom mirrors 3 feet by 4 1/2 feet that had fallen off the walls after bath vanity top replacement. charge was over $200 and took less than 10 minutes to complete. called company spoke to totally unreasonable owner. called again speaking with a more reasonable employee named Izzo and got the charge reduced by a small amount but it is doubtful I will patronize this business again. satisfaction grade: D+
