I had reserved a Bronco build in 2021 and due to the many COVID related production delays **** offered a series of incentives to compensate reservation holders for waiting on their vehicle. One of these rebates was for $2,500 if order holders switch their build specifications in order to reduce the build constraints so **** could reduce their backlog of build reservations (See attachment). My original build was a WIldtrack trim package which was constrained due to cloth seats and the "sasquatch" package. As result of this notification I changed my build to a Badlands trim package. (see build confirmation attachment). Since changing my build specs to comply with the incentive my nearly 2 year old build reservation was quickly built. I took delivery of the vehicle on 7/6/23 and during the purchasing process I was told that the $2,500 rebate would not be applied directly but would come after the sale in the form of a check which was not a concern for me as I've dealt with Fox Ford on two other new car purchases and enthusiast forums also mention that the rebates are handled with a check after the sale so nothing about this situation struck me as out of the ordinary.Unfortunately since my purchase I've not been able to get any feedback from Fox Ford on the status of my rebate. I've had numerous emails and texts over the past 6 months and they still have not sent my $2,500 rebate check or even provided a minimal update on its status.
