This is a huge scam! When confronted they send generic emails saying they will reply within 72 hours, and never do. I ordered two hoodies and did not receive what I ordered after two months of waiting. What a waste of $130.Review from Jl W

I purchased a custom sweatshirt from this company. I attempted to cancel within 3 days of my initial purchase. The item hadn't shipped yet. I was told I couldn't cancel because it had already shipped. I didn't receive the item until two months later. I have several email communications attempting to cancel &/or expressing my plan to return the item once finally received. The item I received looks nothing like the image I submitted. The return policy states that all items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, but the fine print excludes custom orders rendering the return policy useless. They are adament the order is custom, but it looks more like a stock photo than the one I sent. Spent over $70 for a poor quality, poorly sized, poorly made item that took over two months to arrive. I also never received a proof of the item before shipping as promised. They've continuously refused my request for a refund. Don't buy from here!Review from Amanda F

I purchased a custom sweatshirt from this company. The item I received looks nothing like the image I submitted. The return policy states that all items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, but when you scroll down it says this excludes custom ordersall they do are custom items so its essentially a useless return policy. Spent over $50 for a poor quality, poorly sized, poorly made item that took over a month to arrive from *****. I also never received a proof of the item before shipping as promised. Products did not match image/picture I sent in. They responded and offered 10% discount, when I requested a full refund or the product with the correct imagine. Now theyve ghosted me. Im going to try and dispute the charges. What a shame. Do not use this company.Review from Jacob C

Cheap material shipped from *****. Outlines don't match with the pictures, I'm sure they are just using AI. Website is constantly on 50% to give a false sense of a good deal. Stuff runs VERY small, most likely because they were sized in Asia.Review from Jennifer G

I ordered a hoodie in memoriam of our beloved cat and received a crewneck sweatshirt with a poor design (didn't resemble photo, looked like a generic drawing of a cat.)Hoodies have HOODS. This did not, and the item is *still* listed on their website (1st item on page)I requested a refund or exchange for the correct product and have been denied.Review from Dakota R

This company is a scam on multiple levels and I have email proof due to automatic responses from their (customer support) I have since also requested a refund on the product to no avail afterwards. I finally received a non automated response and they are trying to blame the issues of their product delays on their logistics company and I have requested that name also to give them a failed grade also due to this company shifting the blame.
