I am very disappointed and frustrated with my experience with LewisCrew LLC, No one has arrived at my home to fix the very poor job that was "done" on the patio and fence since the job's initial "end date" of July 2, 2023. It has been four weeks.This is the timeline of events since then:On July 3rd, I communicated all of the issues and showed pictures via text and email. I was told on the 5th, someone would be here to fix it, and no one showed.On July 6th, I was told someone would be here on the 7th, and no one showed. I followed up.On the 7th in the evening, I heard from our *** that we were in violation of guidelines because of how the work looked and that it was unsafe. I was told we needed to get it resolved immediately.I heard back from LewisCrewLLC again on the 10th, and was told someone would be here that day. I communicated the *** issues. Again, no one showed. I followed up.During this time the fence was falling down board by board. And on the 11th, the ******* City Inspector, arrived with an official complaint about the work that had been done and communicated that it needed to be fixed immediately. I communicated this to LewisCrewLLC, and on the 13th, I was told someone was coming, no one showed. I followed up.On the 19th, after I asked, I was told someone was coming on that day and again, no one showed. I followed up.On the 20th the fence completely fell over. I communicated this via text and email and was then told that someone would be here by the 21st. Of course, no one showed up. I followed up.Someone did arrive and started work finally on the 29th, but the job was not even half completed and I have not heard from LewisCrewLLC since. I attempted to reach them over the last 3 days via text and email.I have asked 9 separate times, when someone from LewisCrew would be here to fix this work, and 10 times, no one ever showed up. The service provided is absolutely terrible and the work done is not acceptable.
