              The vacuum itself was awesome; however, we had a car accident the next day and had to return. They were dragging their feet on returning our money. It's been nearly a month and I'm still getting letters from the finance company because JT & Associates did not cancel on their end until a week after picking up our rainbow Vacuum. On top of that, it took over 3 weeks to get our down payment. We literally returned it the very next day. If you like your money and don't want to deal with someone shady, I recommend going through someone else for a Rainbow vacuum.

              Hey ****** we are so sorry about your experience. We did refund your card the day we picked up the merchandise. Card processors do take some time to refund the money even after submitting. We did double check on your financing and your account is closed so we are looking into where that miscommunication happened. Again we are sorry about any inconvenience.
