To start, their reception staff is horrible. Anytime I have to call them it takes multiple days of continuously calling just to get someone on the phone. Ive called over *************************************************** call back. The information you receive completely depends on the person youre talking to. For example, one person told me they could send my prescription directly to the pharmacy and even went as far as asking what pharmacy and telling me she would send it in. When my prescription was never sent over, the next person said they dont do that at all, that I have to come in to get the script. I need a root canal. I have made an appointment to have it done there twice now and both times they turned me away at the door because my insurance hadnt responded. The second time they turned me away, I called my insurance who informed me that they never received anything from Dental Dreams, and it takes minutes for approval/denial to be sent back to the office once they do receive it. My insurance called Dental Dreams for me and found out they were trying to bill an insurance that I not only dont have, but THEY DONT EVEN ACCEPT. I now have an infection, and a ***** bad one at that. After DAYS of trying to call Dental Dreams AGAIN for antibiotics, they refused to see me or give me antibiotics because I missed 2 appointment, referring to the appointments where THEY refused to see me. I could have ripped this tooth out with pliers at this point and been in a better situation than Im in now. If youre thinking about going to this dentist, dont. Literally any other place is better than here. Im ****** to say the least. These people should NOT be responsible for ANYONES oral health.
