Go anywhere else! Not Aspen Dental. 0 stars. My experience with Aspen was terrible. Went to Aspen Dental in *********, ******** to have my teeth pulled and dentures made. They talked me into implants on the bottom to snap them in. $8000 worth of work. The implants are placed incorrectly. Dentures dont fit properly and cant get Aspen to fix things. My top dentures do not fit and my bottom dentures are in a drawer. I am now seeing a real dentist. Its costing me $25,000 to fix what Aspen screwed up and do things correctly. I would not recommend Aspen to anyone. Worst experience of my life.Aspen Dental Response

There should be less stars (negative stars) !! I made an appointment with Aspen Dental for X-ray/Cleaning/Evaluation in mid 2023. The appointment was confirmed and everything seemed fine until the day of the appointment. The appointment had to be cancelled and rescheduled due to equipment failure (X-ray machine). I figured, no big deal, these things happen. However, this scenario continued to play out for over a month. Finally, I made it in for X-rays and an evaluation. At that time I was told I needed a "deep cleaning" due to the beginnings of periodontal disease, and a bridge for two back teeth that were lost in my 20's ( I'm in my 50's now). Well, the "deep cleaning" appointment happened but the fillings never did. The appointment was continually canceled and rescheduled. With the very last scheduling I told them to refund the unused portion of my deposit. The service took so long that it was a new year and I no longer had that insurance plan. They told me that the cost would now be over $700 for the fillings. I requested the balance of my deposit and to cancel any further scheduled appointments. My husband also went to this same location. Also, told he had the beginnings of periodontal disease needed a "deep cleaning" and had 2 cavities. He had his appointments and was supposed to go back for a regular cleaning but canceled his appointment. His reason was because the original contract that he signed for his procedures should have left a $135.00 balance on his account to be paid. However, before his cleaning appointment a bill came from Aspen Dental in the amount of $723.00 as there were charges to the insurance carrier that were not covered due to his age (69). There was no prior indication that service was not covered, yet the site stated that he signed a counseling notification that services were not covered. When asked to produce this proof they were unable to. It has now been 4 months that we are battling these additional charges with staff rotating.Aspen Dental Response

I would give no stars if I could I am basically appalled at the amount of disservice and unprofessionalism at the Aspen dental in ******************. I went in there on February 27 this year to have a basic cleaning done and I was basically charged for a periodontal maintenance now thats something that usually occurs when you have gum disease. I dont have gum, disease, and whats insulting about all this is that I made the appointment with the office manager, ************************* Back in October 2023 and now it seems like because they know theyve made a mistake. Theyre ignoring me. They dont wanna deal with me. Theyre not accepting my calls. Theyre making it seem like theyre so busy that they cant handle the situation but yet I dont think its right that $417. Im supposed to pay for for something that they didnt perform in my mouth Acceptable unprofessional and I would encourage nobody to visit Aspen dental they are liars. They are not honest they do things in your mouth and they dont tell you what theyre doing and its not covered under your insurance until you get the bill and then you find out so theyre not very Fourth theyre almost like wolves and sheeps clothing. You know what I mean so if you wanna do yourself a favor stay away far far far away from Aspen dentalAspen Dental Response

OMG! Do not go to any Aspen Dental location! I have went to two different locations and got the same experience - carelessness and total lack of concern. My guess is that since the "Dr." does not have their own practice/business, he/she does not need to put forth an effort to represent Aspen Dental. Had to have a cracked tooth filled. He cut my tongue. Since I was numb, I did not notice it. But he didn't even have the nerve to tell me! The assistant walked me to the door and she told me what he did once I was outside the office. Once the numbness wore off, I was hurting! I never did get an apology either. Then, a week later, the same tooth became infected and I decided to get it pulled. Had the same experience. There was still infection there when she pulled it. She said, "There you go. You're set to go." and proceeded to walk out of the room. I had to stop her and ask for an antibiotic! (And with gauze in my mouth, that was no simple feat.) She said, "You don't need one. you will be fine since the tooth is gone." I said I wanted one. She reluctantly prescribed it. Story doesn't end there. 5 days later, infection is still there. I called twice to get a different med. She finally told receptionist to tell me "give it time and take ibuprofen". Would not give me a different script. I had to pay my physician an office call and get a script.Aspen Dental Response

Aspen is a scam and needs shut down. Went to the ******* location in September of 2023, was told I needed 13 grand of work done. Went to get a second opinion and they said Aspen Dental lied to me. I do not need half of the work they were quoting me for. Then in February of **** I get a bill for 82 dollars, my insurance covers 100 percent of what they are billing me for. My insurance covers 100 percent out of network and in network. No one will take my complaint at Aspen dental. They transfer me to their billing department which is so backed up they just tell you to call tomorrow and hang up on you. I don't know what else to do but go sit in the office this week and not leave until someone talks to me. Horrible customer service and they lie to get more money out of their customers. Will be making a report to the attorney generals office this week as well. How can they be operating and doing sneaky billing practices to people?Aspen Dental Response

The ************* took advantage of my fear and lack of knowledge. I explained my anxieties, they began the procedure. I was unable to tolerate the pain, so it stopped. The Dentist was audibly angry. I had to leave with a referral and cut bleeding gums. The referral could not see me for 2weeks. Still bleeding and in pain i reached out to Aspen again. I was turned away rudely. This began on a Thursday. It was 6days latter I found an oral surgeon that could help. The partial Aspen provided has never fit. I can not afford the permanent, they knew this. Still they won't adjust the partial. I've been without the 4 front teeth for 3months. Compassion and empathy have been replaced with greed and unaccountability.Aspen Dental Response

I had my upper teeth pulled for denture. Finally got it done, they don't fit , made me sound like daffy duck! Was supposed to go back for 3 teeth pulled on the bottom, the day before they called and said I had to pay my co-pay of $748! I wouldn't do it. When to another dentist and paid $137.50 co-pay, now what was the difference? I took my daughter and she has ****** Delta and they tried to bill them for $4000 for something they never did to her, she just had a consultation.Aspen is ********** hungry.Aspen Dental Response

Paid for new brand new pair of dentures (had 2 prior sets made) this has been the worst experience ever with them. Never got them to fit correctly, returned set. Wad banned from premises because dentist is inexperienced and am still waiting 5 months for my $2100 refund. Their guarantee is a rip off and the service has declined tremendously. No dentures and no refund. They have become fly by night establishment.I WANT MY REFUND..Review from David K

I had a tooth extracted in June of this yr. The doctor punctured my sinus cavity and I had to have reconstructive surgery done by an oral surgeon. Do not go there. I have requested my refund back and have not heard from them.Aspen Dental Response
