The door quit working and I called in the AM, ***************************** responded same afternoon, diagnosed that an unknown animal had got in the garage, chewed a wire on the sensor making it inoperable. He fixed the problem and was gone in just over an hour, very polite and professional.

The steel cable on my garage door broke. *************************** came out and assessed the needs. He was very professional and kind. He provided me with several options to remedy the situation and did so in a very professional manner; he was very polite and easy to work with. While this was an unexpected expense and not something I'm super excited about, I have a quick resolution to the situation.
