sent 425 golf balls that *** ground says they received june 7 they have a signature for the person who accepted the balls at their company. their ad says they will send us the check within 24 hours. has not happened have called--no answer have emailed several times -- no replyBusiness response

You are correct, we do send out a check within 24 hours of receiving the golf balls. However due to a glitch in our system, we were not made aware your shipment was received on June 7th.
The owner of the company will be personally reaching out to you now to resolve this issue and get a check in the mail to you today.
Again, we deeply apologize for our mishap and hope we can continue a business relationship.
