Upon checkin I was given room 213 once in the room I had noticed that there was snot and boogers all over multiple parts of the wall so my partner goes to the front desk and complains and we were given a different room 204 once inside that room we noticed a foul smell right away.. we could find the source so we assumed it was from the last occupants or the carpet .. we paid 2 days on the 3 day my partner found the culprit of the foul smell which was a dead rottening mouse behind the dresser.. I went down to the office to let them know and the owner started shouting and yelling at me telling me I could leave even tho I just paid her for the stay once I asked for my money back she started yelling again .. I asked her to come remove the dead rodent from my room and she said you already stayed in the room with it 2 days so she isn't gonna remove it. And started yelling at me again. .. I want to refunded all 3 stays since I wasn't given a discount for the unclean and unhealthy things I've already had to encounter
