Build a beautiful wood fence, Unfortunately placed posts through irrigation lines that were pointed out to the crew. Then **** told me they weren't responsible for the damages. They returned certified letters. Finely needed to take them to court. They still use pictures of my fence on their website.

We hired Simtech to remove a wood deck; pour a new decorative concrete patio and front stoop; and excavate an area where a brick walkway would be dry-laid. Simtech did remove the deck but left several concrete deck supports in the ground. The concrete work was sloppy - one stair edge visibly curves, and rectangular stairs are not square. The patio was placed too low, so that the surrounding area drained onto the patio--requiring extensive remedial drainage work. While Simtech achieved the decorative concrete look we desired, they sealed the concrete despite knowing the weather forecast predicted rain within nine hours. (Usually, one needs 36 to 72 hours of dry weather.) It did, indeed, rain--heavily--for the next two days, ruining the seal job and the desired decorative look. The sidewalk excavation was supposed to be 54 inches wide; instead of excavating by hand, which would have been relatively fast and easy, Simtech used a 75-inch-wide bucket to create an 84-inch-wide trench, which made it impossible to lay a brick sidewalk without rebuilding the sides of the trench back to 54 inches. After finishing, Simtech left the street in front of our house full of dirt and sand. Simtech appears to have the skills to do good, if not excellent, work. However, they choose expediency (fastest and easiest) over quality of work, with poor results.
