              Account #****. On 11/2/21 representative never entered our building to complete service however received an invoice #*******-00 for $36.92 for service. Since August have repeatedly received fraudulent charges on our account for paper products and rags that we have not received. I have attempted to resolve this by calling both *** the manager and *********************. This has lead to several conversations but they still show our account with a balance because I refuse to pay for services and products we are not receiving.

              I  leave reviews for 2 types of people. Those who go above and beyond and those that have a business model like Maurer's Textile Rental. They come outside of business hours or bring a partial order and still require you to pay the full invoice. If you brought half the items, I should pay half of the invoice?? If your delivery schedule is before we open, why are we liable to pay rental on old/dirty rentals?? I'll tell you why, because Maurer's states that you are still in possession of their property!!! Absolutely insane! Terrible business. I will say that every Maurer's driver has been an absolute pleasure to work with and truly are genuine people. I feel for the atmosphere they are exposed to because of their superiors.
